Get involved
OTTER is community-run and zero-budget; everything below genuinely helps.
- Give a talk in the series — or recommend a graduate student or recent PhD who should.
- Forward the September relaunch announcement to early-career people you know.
- Serve on the advisory board — about two short calls a year.
- Co-host an OTTER session at a conference you’re organizing.
- Send news for OTTER News: opportunities, open problems, community updates.
- Share contacts in Mexico and Latin America for the Spanish-language outreach.
- Help identify funding paths: departmental contributions, NSF conference grants, AMS programs.
